Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable/receivable, general ledgers, and financial statements
- Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports ensuring GAAP compliance
- Conduct audits and internal controls to ensure financial integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting
- Utilize QuickBooks/Xero for transaction processing and data analysis
- Provide strategic financial insights to drive client decision-making
- Maintain compliance with tax regulations and financial standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- 3+ years of accounting experience with remote work exposure
- Expertise in QuickBooks, Xero, or enterprise accounting systems
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools
- Strong attention to detail with 100% accuracy in financial reporting
- Excellent communication skills for client collaboration
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
