Responsibilities
- Manage the general ledger, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Perform accounts payable and receivable reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
- Assist with tax preparation, filing, and compliance requirements.
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend cost-saving measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- CPA certification is preferred; CMA is a plus.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
