Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare monthly financial statements, variance analyses, and management reports
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Conduct reconciliations and audits for bank accounts, investments, and balance sheet accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting accuracy and efficiency
- Manage client relationships and provide expert financial guidance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance (OH/TX a plus)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in a remote environment
