Responsibilities
- Design and execute quantum-level neuro-UX experiments using fNIRS and EEG quantum resonance protocols
- Lead a team of 8+ specialists in cognitive modeling and neural interface prototyping
- Develop ethical blueprints for cognitive augmentation technologies aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Collaborate with quantum AI teams to create predictive neural interaction models
- Present findings to C-suite executives and international standards bodies
- Architect scalable neuro-feedback systems for consumer and medical applications
- Pioneer new methodologies for measuring cognitive load in brain-computer interfaces
Qualifications
- PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience, Human-Computer Interaction, or Quantum Psychology
- 5+ years leading neuro-UX research with direct neural interface experience
- Proficiency in quantum computing platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti) and quantum UX tools
- Published research in Nature Human Behaviour or IEEE Transactions on Neural Systems
- Expertise in FDA/ISO 13485 compliance for neuro-medical devices
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ commercial neural interface products
- Deep understanding of neuroplasticity principles and cognitive adaptation
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow Quantum, and neuro-visualization libraries
