Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement high-fidelity quantum algorithms designed to solve complex optimization problems.
- Integration: Develop middleware to integrate quantum processing units (QPUs) with classical cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure).
- Roadmap Planning: Define the technical roadmap for our 2026 quantum roadmap, ensuring alignment with industry standards (NIST).
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams of physicists, data scientists, and security experts to validate hardware-software co-designs.
- Optimization: Analyze quantum error correction protocols and optimize circuit depth for latency reduction.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Mechanics.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in software architecture, with 2+ years specifically in quantum computing or advanced simulation.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum SDKs (Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil).
- Mathematical Aptitude: Strong grasp of linear algebra, probability theory, and complex number systems.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills to translate complex quantum concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
