In this role, you'll architect hybrid quantum-classical architectures while mentoring our engineering team through the quantum transition. Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum-resistant networks and cryptographic protocols
- Lead implementation of quantum-safe authentication systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Create migration strategies for legacy systems to quantum infrastructure
- Collaborate with hardware teams on quantum chip integration
- Establish quantum security benchmarks for financial systems
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum principles
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years in cryptographic architecture or quantum systems
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum frameworks
- Certification in quantum-resistant cryptography (NIST standards)
- Published research in quantum error correction
- Experience with superconducting qubit architectures
- Strong background in distributed systems and network protocols
