Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum-classical hybrid architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead implementation of fault-tolerant quantum error correction protocols
- Develop cryogenic control systems maintaining sub-20mK environments
- Architect petabit-scale quantum networks with quantum-secure encryption
- Optimize quantum algorithms for real-time financial modeling applications
- Coordinate cross-continental quantum communication infrastructure
- Mentor quantum hardware engineers in superconducting qubit integration
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in quantum system architecture or cryogenic engineering
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Certification in quantum cryptography (QKD) implementation
- Experience with 3D superconducting chip fabrication processes
- Proven track record of scaling quantum systems to 1000+ qubits
