Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures supporting 1M+ qubit systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical integration frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead implementation of quantum-secure cryptographic protocols for 2026 data landscapes
- Architect cryogenic control systems with sub-10mK thermal stability requirements
- Establish quantum error mitigation strategies for real-world commercial deployment
- Design photonic interconnect networks for quantum-classical data exchange
- Create scalable deployment blueprints for quantum edge computing infrastructure
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years designing complex distributed systems with sub-millisecond latency requirements
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, color, LDPC)
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and simulation frameworks
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and superconducting qubit manipulation
- Deep knowledge of quantum key distribution (QKD) protocols and NIST post-quantum standards
- Proven track record of deploying production quantum systems at scale
