Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing infrastructure supporting 1000+ qubit operations
- Develop quantum-resistant security protocols for protecting classical-quantum hybrid networks
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum error correction systems achieving >99.99% qubit fidelity
- Create hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead quantum network topology design enabling global quantum communication
- Establish quantum system performance benchmarks and optimization protocols
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum computing principles and implementation
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction algorithms and fault-tolerant architectures
- Deep knowledge of quantum hardware platforms (superconducting, ion trap, photonic)
- Proven track record in distributed systems design at petascale performance
- Certification in quantum cryptography (e.g., QKD implementation)
- Experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields
- Security clearance for handling quantum-protected classified projects
