Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum networks with 99.999% reliability
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead implementation of quantum-secure communication protocols
- Optimize resource allocation across distributed quantum processing nodes
- Create predictive maintenance systems for quantum hardware
- Collaborate with R&D on quantum error correction algorithms
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders quarterly
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or related field (MS + 8 years experience considered)
- 5+ years designing complex distributed systems
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Certification in AWS Quantum Technologies or Azure Quantum
- Published research in top-tier quantum journals
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and superconducting circuits
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction (surface/colour codes)
