Job Description
Join Nexus Horizon Labs at the forefront of technological evolution as we pioneer quantum-resistant infrastructure for 2026 and beyond. We're seeking a visionary Quantum Infrastructure Architect to design next-generation systems that will secure digital transformation in the post-quantum era. This role offers unparalleled opportunity to shape the future of cybersecurity, AI integration, and distributed computing.
As a key member of our Future Systems Division, you'll architect hybrid quantum-classical architectures, develop zero-trust frameworks resistant to quantum attacks, and lead cross-functional teams in implementing bleeding-edge cryptographic protocols. You'll collaborate with Nobel laureates and industry disruptors to build systems that will define the next decade of digital innovation.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-resistant cryptographic systems for global enterprise infrastructure
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing platforms with 99.999% uptime guarantees
- Lead development of AI-driven predictive maintenance systems for quantum hardware
- Establish zero-trust security frameworks resistant to quantum decryption attacks
- Optimize distributed ledger systems for post-quantum blockchain consensus mechanisms
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum-safe engineering best practices
- Contribute to IEEE and NIST standards for quantum-resistant infrastructure
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Cryptography, or equivalent field with 8+ years experience
- Expertise in lattice-based cryptography and post-quantum algorithms (CRYSTALS, Kyber)
- Proven track record architecting fault-tolerant quantum systems at scale
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation and error correction
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit) and simulators
- Experience leading $10M+ infrastructure transformation projects
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum-resistant systems
- Top-secret clearance or equivalent security certification
