Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures integrated with classical systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant cybersecurity protocols
- Architect decentralized AI networks using blockchain consensus mechanisms
- Optimize quantum-classical hybrid systems for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop predictive models for quantum hardware failure prevention
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical quantum AI deployment
- Research emerging quantum algorithms for commercial implementation
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or equivalent experience with 5+ years in quantum systems
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant design principles
- Proven track record architecting large-scale distributed systems
- Deep knowledge of quantum algorithms (Shor, Grover, QAOA)
- Experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Quipper)
- Strong background in post-quantum cryptography standards
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields preferred
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders
