Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native infrastructure
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum cryptography
- Experience with high-performance computing frameworks (Hadoop, Spark, Kubernetes)
- Strong background in post-quantum cryptographic standards (NIST PQC candidates)
