Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-safe encryption frameworks for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead development of hybrid quantum-classical computing pipelines
- Design fault-tolerant quantum networks with zero-trust security protocols
- Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams of physicists and engineers
- Implement adaptive AI systems for predictive infrastructure maintenance
- Drive R&D initiatives for post-quantum cryptography standards
- Optimize resource allocation across distributed quantum processors
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Cryptography, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years designing high-availability distributed systems
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum SDKs
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Experience with NIST post-quantum cryptography standards
- Strong background in machine learning for quantum optimization
- Security clearance preferred (ability to obtain required)
