Responsibilities

- Translate complex quantum concepts into patentable IP portfolios

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years research experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published work in quantum algorithm development or quantum information theory
- Proficiency with quantum simulation frameworks (Qutip, ProjectQ)
- Experience with NISQ-era hardware constraints and mitigation strategies
- Strong background in linear algebra and probability theory
- Demonstrated ability to secure research grants from NSF or DARPA
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
