Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation challenges
- Develop advanced quantum error correction techniques to enhance qubit stability

- Publish findings in leading scientific journals and present at international conferences
- Lead quantum hardware testing initiatives in partnership with leading quantum chip manufacturers

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Expertise in quantum algorithm design and complexity analysis
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proven track record of publishing peer-reviewed research in quantum computing
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, D-Wave)
