Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for complex optimization problems

- Secure and manage $5M+ research grants from federal and private institutions
- Mentor junior researchers and drive quantum literacy across the organization
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (post-doc preferred)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or hardware architectures
- Deep understanding of quantum entanglement and decoherence challenges
- Expertise in high-performance computing environments
- Proven track record of securing government or corporate research funding
- Strong collaboration skills with diverse technical teams
