Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for error correction optimization

- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals with 3+ annual papers
- Secure $2M+ in DoE/NIST quantum research grants
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published 10+ papers in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Expertise in Qiskit/PennyLane and quantum circuit optimization
- Proven track record of securing federal research grants
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mechanisms
- Experience with dilution refrigerator systems
- Strong Python/C++ programming for quantum simulation
