Responsibilities

- Secure external funding through NSF/DoE grants and industry partnerships
- Mentor junior researchers and drive quantum education initiatives

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Publication record in quantum information science or related fields
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and computational complexity
- Experience with quantum hardware (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ) simulators
