Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Conduct experimental research on quantum hardware performance metrics and error correction techniques
- Develop quantum software frameworks compatible with leading quantum computing platforms (IBM, Google, Rigetti)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate theoretical research into practical quantum solutions
- Publish high-impact research in peer-reviewed journals and present findings at international conferences

- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to the development of quantum computing educational initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field with quantum computing specialization
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Proven track record of publishing research in quantum algorithms or quantum hardware
- Strong foundation in quantum mechanics, linear algebra, and computational complexity theory
- Experience with quantum simulation tools and quantum circuit optimization techniques
- Demonstrated ability to work in interdisciplinary teams with engineers and domain experts
