Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Develop quantum error correction protocols and fault-tolerant architectures

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in quantum information theory and computational complexity
- Proven track record of peer-reviewed publications
