Responsibilities
- Lead quantum algorithm development for error correction and scalability
- Design hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum circuit implementations
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers in top-tier journals/conferences by 2026
- Mentor junior researchers and cross-functional AI/quantum integration teams

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum programming experience with Qiskit/Cirq
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological quantum computing
- Expertise in high-performance computing architectures and parallel processing
- Strong background in machine learning and classical optimization algorithms
- Proven ability to translate complex quantum concepts into practical solutions
- Clearance for DoD quantum security initiatives (or willingness to obtain)
