Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Published research in quantum information theory
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Strong background in machine learning and optimization
- Proven track record of securing research grants
- Excellent communication skills for technical presentations
