Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for computational optimization
- Collaborate with physicists to develop quantum error correction protocols
- Lead experimental validation of quantum systems using superconducting qubits

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms and complexity theory
- Strong background in linear algebra and probability theory
- Published research in quantum information science
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
