Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Lead research on quantum error correction protocols to achieve fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to develop quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and present at global quantum conferences
- Guide junior researchers through quantum simulation and experimental validation processes

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years research experience
- Published work in quantum algorithms or quantum information theory in Nature/Science journals

- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerance architectures
