Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Lead research initiatives in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate theoretical models into practical quantum computing solutions
- Publish groundbreaking research in top-tier journals and present findings at international conferences
- Develop quantum simulation frameworks to accelerate material science and drug discovery processes

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related quantum computing field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep expertise in quantum algorithms, quantum error correction, and quantum information theory
- Strong background in high-performance computing and parallel processing architectures
