Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and machine learning applications
- Lead research projects in quantum error correction, fault tolerance, and qubit coherence enhancement
- Collaborate with hardware teams to translate theoretical models into practical quantum systems
- Develop quantum software frameworks and tools for quantum circuit optimization and validation
- Publish high-impact research in leading scientific journals and conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, Quantum Information, or related field with 3+ years of research experience
- Deep expertise in quantum mechanics, linear algebra, and complex mathematical modeling
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#, etc.) and quantum simulators
- Strong track record of peer-reviewed publications in quantum computing or adjacent fields
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms including superconducting qubits and ion traps
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work with ambiguous, cutting-edge challenges
- Proven ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and communicate complex concepts
