Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for cryptography, simulation, and optimization
- Lead experiments to enhance qubit coherence times and error correction protocols
- Collaborate with hardware teams to calibrate and test quantum processors
- Publish peer-reviewed research and present findings at international conferences
- Develop roadmaps for practical quantum applications in finance, healthcare, and logistics
- Mentor junior researchers and foster cross-disciplinary innovation
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum focus
- 3+ years experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong mathematical background in linear algebra, probability, and complexity theory
- Proficiency with high-performance computing and cloud quantum platforms
