Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for practical enterprise applications
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum hardware-software interfaces
- Publish breakthrough research in peer-reviewed journals and industry conferences
- Translate theoretical quantum models into scalable production frameworks
- Identify commercial applications for quantum advantage in finance, logistics, and healthcare
- Mentor junior researchers and foster innovation through quantum hackathons
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum information theory
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum computing or top-tier physics journals
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and computational complexity
- Experience with quantum simulators and cloud-based quantum platforms
