Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for complex optimization problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop quantum-resistant encryption protocols
- Lead experimental trials on 50+ qubit processors
- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier journals
- Mentor junior researchers and drive technical strategy

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing research experience
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks

- Strong background in linear algebra and computational complexity
