Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for commercial applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating theoretical models into scalable prototypes
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize qubit stability and error correction
- Develop patentable solutions for computational bottlenecks in AI and logistics
- Present findings at international quantum computing conferences
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum programming best practices

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum algorithms
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proficiency in machine learning for quantum systems
- Strong background in superconducting or photonic qubit technologies
- Experience with cloud-based quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket)
- Track record of translating academic research into commercial IP
