Responsibilities
- Develop novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Design and execute quantum error correction protocols
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum hardware-software interfaces
- Publish breakthrough research in peer-reviewed journals and industry conferences
- Collaborate with government and private sector partners on quantum security initiatives

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum computing specialization
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Expertise in quantum algorithm design and quantum error correction
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and quantum mechanics
- Proven track record of high-impact research publications
- Experience with cryogenic systems and quantum hardware integration
- Ability to secure Q-level government clearance (or eligibility)
