Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Lead research initiatives in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures

- Publish high-impact research in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field with quantum computing specialization
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Expertise in quantum error correction protocols and fault-tolerant computing
- Strong publication record in quantum information science or related fields
- Proficiency in classical high-performance computing environments and parallel programming
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex quantum concepts into practical applications
- Experience securing research grants and managing academic-industry collaborations
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware architectures including superconducting qubits and trapped ions
