Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Lead cross-functional research teams to develop novel quantum error correction protocols

- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum circuit implementations
- Translate theoretical quantum models into practical enterprise solutions

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years research experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and quantum programming languages
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Proficiency with quantum simulators (Qiskit, Cirq) and cloud quantum platforms
- Strong background in machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
