Responsibilities

- Collaborate with hardware teams on next-gen quantum processor architectures
- Secure $5M+ in NSF and DoD quantum research grants
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information science
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or Quantum Information
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum circuit simulation experience
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum frameworks
- Published work in Nature/Science on quantum computing
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum assembly languages
- Demonstrated grant-writing success for quantum research
- Strong background in topological quantum computing
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems preferred
