Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant computing
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams in developing quantum-secure blockchain architectures

- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers in Nature Physics/Quantum journals annually
- Secure $2M+ in DoE/NIST quantum computing grants
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum machine learning

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (postdoc preferred)
- 5+ years hands-on experience with superconducting qubit systems
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization frameworks
- Deep understanding of Shor's algorithm and quantum supremacy principles
- Strong background in cryptography and post-quantum security standards
