Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning
- Develop error correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Lead cross-functional teams prototyping quantum applications in finance and biotech
- Author peer-reviewed publications and patents in quantum computing
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum software-hardware interfaces
- Present findings at international quantum computing conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or Quantum Information Science
- 3+ years of quantum algorithm development experience
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics and linear algebra
- Experience with high-performance computing environments
