Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization problems

- Publish peer-reviewed research in Nature/Science journals
- Develop error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum information theory
- Secure $1M+ in quantum computing grants annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or Quantum Information
- 3+ years of quantum algorithm development experience
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum assembly languages
- Published research in quantum computing (2+ papers)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and topological computing
- Deep understanding of quantum annealing and gate-based models
- Security clearance for DoD quantum projects
