Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Develop error-correction protocols to achieve fault-tolerant quantum computation
- Lead experimental validation of quantum hardware prototypes using cryogenic systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processor architectures

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent research experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)

- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerance techniques
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and low-level hardware interfacing
