Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science with 50+ citations in quantum algorithms
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization techniques
- Proven track record of reducing quantum decoherence rates by 40%+
- Deep understanding of topological quantum computing and braiding operations
