Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (2020-2025 graduates preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum simulators
- Published work in top-tier quantum computing conferences (QIP, ACM Quantum)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency in Python/C++ with high-performance computing libraries
- Understanding of quantum supremacy benchmarks and NISQ-era limitations
