Responsibilities

- Lead experimental validation of quantum hardware prototypes using superconducting qubit systems
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum error correction protocols
- Publish peer-reviewed research and present findings at international quantum computing conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and coordinate cross-functional project teams
- Develop intellectual property portfolio through patent applications
- Stay current with emerging quantum technologies and industry standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum computing focus
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)

- Expertise in quantum simulation tools and high-performance computing environments
