Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Develop error mitigation protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping hybrid quantum-classical architectures
- Publish groundbreaking research in top-tier journals and conferences
- Secure federal and private research funding through compelling proposals

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in quantum error correction or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in quantum circuit optimization and tomography
- Strong background in linear algebra, group theory, and statistical mechanics
- Experience with superconducting or ion-trap quantum processors
- Proven ability to secure competitive research grants
