Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Conduct advanced research on qubit coherence and error correction techniques
- Collaborate with hardware teams to translate theoretical models into practical applications
- Publish findings in leading scientific journals and present at international conferences
- Lead quantum computing workshops for internal teams and academic partners
- Develop scalable quantum software frameworks compatible with emerging hardware
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related quantum field with 3+ years research experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published work in quantum computing or top-tier scientific journals
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and computational theory
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Proven ability to lead complex research projects with measurable outcomes
