Responsibilities
- Lead cross-quantum discipline research teams in error correction and qubit stability
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for 2026 deployment
- Secure $10M+ annual research funding through NSF/DOE proposals
- Translate quantum algorithms into enterprise-ready SaaS platforms
- Partner with NASA/SpaceX for quantum-encrypted deep space communication
- Author 3+ peer-reviewed quantum computing papers annually
- Develop quantum-resistant cybersecurity protocols for critical infrastructure
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computing with 8+ years research experience
- Published work in Nature/Science on quantum entanglement or topological qubits
- Expertise in Qiskit/Cirq with 1000+ quantum circuit simulations
- Track record of securing $5M+ government research grants
- Patents in quantum error correction or cryogenic quantum systems
- Experience leading 15+ researcher multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with NIST quantum-resistant cryptography standards
