Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms for 2026-era applications

- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers annually in Nature/Science journals
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum information science
- Collaborate with Intel and IBM on quantum hardware integration
- Define ethical frameworks for quantum AI deployment
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum error correction research
- Published work in top-tier quantum computing conferences
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum SDKs
- Proven track record of securing federal research grants
- Strong background in quantum machine learning algorithms
- Experience leading teams of 10+ researchers
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and solutions
