Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 10+ years research experience
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science with 50+ citations
- Expertise in superconducting qubits or topological quantum computing systems
- Experience securing $10M+ in government/industry research funding
- Deep knowledge of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong background in machine learning for quantum circuit optimization
- Leadership experience managing 15+ person research teams
- Patent portfolio with 5+ quantum computing-related IP assets
