- Publish peer-reviewed research in Nature/Science journals and present at IEEE Quantum Week
- Secure $5M+ in government grants and industry partnerships for quantum initiatives
- Mentor a team of 8 PhD researchers in quantum information science
- Translate theoretical breakthroughs into commercial IP portfolios with 15+ patents
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, PRL)
- Expertise in quantum algorithm design (Shor's, Grover's, QAOA)
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Track record of securing NSF/DARPA grants or equivalent funding
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary research teams of 10+ members
- Strong background in cryogenic systems and superconducting qubit control
