Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 8+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological quantum computing
- Proven track record leading quantum projects with hardware integration (IBM, Rigetti, or IonQ)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and classical HPC systems
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong background in cryptography and quantum-resistant security protocols
- Experience securing DoD/NASA grants and managing multi-million dollar budgets
