Responsibilities
- Design and develop quantum algorithms for NISQ-era quantum processors
- Optimize quantum circuit architectures for error mitigation and scalability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions with classical AI systems
- Lead research initiatives in quantum machine learning and quantum cryptography
- Publish findings in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and drive quantum computing education initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 5+ years experience considered)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and quantum circuit design
- Proven track record in quantum algorithm development and quantum error correction
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and computational complexity
- Experience with high-performance computing and parallel processing architectures
- Publication record in quantum computing or related research domains
